Job description

Are you experienced in delivering training to contact centre teams? Do you have experience in delivering training across different platforms? We are recruiting a Training Manager on behalf of our client, a major technology company. You will be responsible for providing the overall direction and leadership of their training function.

Key responsibilities:

• Contact centre training delivery for a variety of diverse client customer management campaigns, including product specific training, contact centre specific skills training and sales training.

• Onboarding training for all levels of employees joining the business.

• Development of a suite of different training approaches including classroom, virtual, self-learning and e-learning methodologies.

• Design, set up, deploy and manage a robust training planning system and training record keeping maintenance for the contact centre teams.

Preferred requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar contact centre training leadership role.

• Experience in working with client colleagues to define and deliver training requirements to meet their customer management objectives.

• Comfortable with, and able to demonstrate experience of training analytics.
